At this event, you’ll experience the artful vision of Tanya Leonard, enjoy delicious treats from Mike’s Tortoise & Hare Cafe, and be whisked away by the wonderful songs of Tanya and guitarist Derek Monahan. Come, enjoy, and fulfill a good deed by supporting this great event!

Bristol Rising is a huge supporter of doing extra-ordinary events downtown, and are happy to put their encouragement toward this event.  That’s why you’ll have to stick around till the end for our announcement that introduces the ‘Rising Mobs’ concept. Rising Mobs was inspired by the concept of cash mobs and the Pop-Up Piazza Festival. Cash mobs are a call to customers to support a local business on a given day, like we had at Mike’s Tortoise and the Hare on April 28. The Pop-up Piazza event was a community -wide demonstration of what the downtown experience could be like. These events financially support local businesses, and Rising Mobs will do the same, based on ideas the crowd wants to experience.

The first official Rising Mob will happen on November 1st, and monthly thereafter on the first Thursday of the month! Attend this event and/or click here to learn more!
