Lots of progress has been made on realizing Bristol Rising’s exciting vision for a new, vibrant City Centre. We now have full approvals from the Zoning Commission for the first phase of development.

Our hope is to break ground by the end of Summer 2013. We have seen the excitement over the project result in five businesses opening downtown – Bristol Billiards, Bare Bones, Bristol’s Marketplace, Barley Vine, and Firefly Brewing. Vibrancy is brewing, you should be a part of it!

Currently, we are seeking Letters of Interest from folks interested in living in one of the exciting new residential options. Signing a Letter of Interest is non-binding, and beneficial on several fronts:

You will be kept up to speed on unit availability and options every step of the way
You reserve priority consideration when apartments become available and right of first refusal
Sign a letter with friends and you might be able to live in the same building, floor, or across the hall!
Your expressed interest allows Renaissance Downtowns to accelerate the project timeframe (current estimated ground breaking: Summer 2013)

Letters of Interest (LOI’s), are non-binding, legally unactionable, expressions of interest. A letter simply illustrates that people are interested enough to express themselves, providing Renaissance Downtowns a client list of interested parties to reach out to when units become available.

Our goal is to obtain a total of 150 LOI’s, of which we hope to then obtain 75 preleases – when units details, building amenities, and costs are made concrete in the near future. Estimated price ranges for units are expected to be released sometime in the near future.
