  1. Definitely something to aim for in the future, but there’s probably going to be little demand for high-wealth residencies right now. When land values start to go up because of amenities and quality business developments, this will be a possibility.

This is exactly what Bristol needs IMO. We have plenty of people working at ESPN and elsewhere in Bristol that make decent salaries but turn to other towns and cities to buy properties and spend their income due to a lack of interest in dated homes in undesirable sections. I feel we need to make Bristol desirable to young families and folks in the early stages of their career that could help turn old opinions around.

  3. I voted for this style because it was the only one with a large enough square footage to attract families.  However, I’d like to see something this size without all the high-end materials.  If we could offer a large floor plan with much more affordable (i.e. middle of the road)  fixures/materials/applicances, we might be able to shave some money off the predicted rent and attract more families, which would be a great addition to the mix.  The more affordable 3-bedroom listed has a much smaller square-footage and won’t likely attract couples with children.  I’d love to see something priced slightly below the $$$$ Townhouses with a large enough square footage to house a small family.

  4. Oops, just realized the predicted rent isn’t listed for this one.  Sorry–haven’t had my coffee yet this morning.  But whatever the price turns out to be, I’d like to see something this size with less expensive fixures/materials/appliances.  I think ”large and nice”  would appeal to a wider demographic than “large and luxurious.”  We should shoot to get a nice mix of both.

  5. this is good chance for people coming from other countrys to live and work in the city or own some ,becouse we live up here no in our countrys ,we like Bristol is nice place to be ,

  6. This would be ideal for my family, we own a home not far from downtown bristol but this may be an option for moving into a larger place!  If it can have this modern and european village feel, my husband would be hooked, look forward to seeing the pricing on these!
