With all of the food truck venders in the area, why not have a Food Truck Festival. A taste of Bristol so to speak but with food trucks.

yes,i love this ides, actually there are quite a few mobile vendors. I own the Art Truck a Mobile art studio and there are fashion trucks and so many other amazing things going mobile…great idea!
I’m very interested in this idea and any food truck idea! I am planning to start a food truck in the next year or so and things like this would be great for getting my business out there!

I love the idea!! One of the things I enjoyed working in downtown Hartford was getting my lunch from a food truck and then going to the riverfront to eat. Here’s some info on the popularity of these festivals:
