For all you sushi lovers out there, this is a truly unique experience! As of right now, there is only one in CT, although in Hawaii they are as common as McDonalds. The Japanese version of “fast food,” conveyor belt sushi is fun, delicious and, of course, fast! Chefs prepare fresh sushi and place samples on small plates that pass by diners on a conveyor belt. If you see something you like, you grab it!

I tried this in West Hartford for the 1st time not long ago. Excellent! I loved it.
