thinking of downtown and the amenities it can have, can’t help but think of small shoe maker businesses. When I lived in NY, there was an Italian man who had a helper. They would put lifts and heels on shoes in 1 hr. Even Danbury CT had one…same set up, but took 4 hrs. A small space is all that is needed and would be a great convenience for people living right in the area.

If you really want your shoes repaired, go the repair shop in the center of Forestville. I don’t think theres enough demand for something like this.
