Utilizing the current sidewalks thru Memorial Blvd. as well as moving the sidewalks to follow the river corridor as opposed to along the street. This could be the way to tie in a Cultural Arts Center at the old school with the Depot Square Property. Signage and lighting would be key along with removal of property mentioned in previous post.
