People talk about New Britski as the place to go for Poles, but I’d be darned if we don’t have ourselves a fine Polish population right here in Bristol, and many others who love the food, drink, and culture as well.
To satisfy these folks, wouldn’t it be great if we had these Polish meals right in the community!? I’m talking authentic Polish dishes straight from the main land…. Pirogis, sauerkraut, potatoe pancakes, authentic soups, golabki, Kielbasa, and fine Polish ales to boot!
