Make a gym syle sports complex that will have a wave pool that has a surfing wave, BMX track, rock climbing walls, skate park, regular weights n cardio areas, etc. Whatever else can be fit n thought of. Can charge a regular monthly fee like a regular gym, and maybe also house some sporting goods shops that compliment the sports promoted.
Having something like this would help promote and highlight ESPN, so they might be willing to help build it. Also it would help everyone get fit with new ideas and fun things, and also educate on alot of different levels. I think it’s exactly what we need in this town.
