I love it Byrd. Great thinking! I know big cities figured it out too. Of course responsible dog owners required too!
In France, I noticed these ‘sand boxes’ along the streets where dogs could be trained to do their business. Just a couple square feet of dirt along the sidewalk zoned off by a small wooden rail. Might not work for every dog around town, but a simple idea with much easier clean up.
