A place where creative high-tech companies can cluster, such as sharing the Memorial Blvd building with the arts, especially since the building is so large. Companies could include those related to film/video production, video game/animation development, music/recording/sound, and graphic design. There could be space for entrepreneurial startups, art galleries that sell fine art and studio space for resident artists.

It’d be interesting to see whether there are any tech companies in Bristol now. Game development companies in particular need a pool of *very* talented programmers to hire from, but CT isn’t known for its amazing programmers – they usually move away to bigger, healthier markets.
Awesome! Coding/programming and web development is definitely creative process in addition to those.
