We need an affordable but funky grocery store downtown. I think [something like a] Trader Joe’s might do it.

[The focus is on triple-bottom-line ideas that emphasize local business owners.]

    Going with Trader Joes, Whole Foods would be awesome for me!!=) But it would be very limiting as far as who can afford to shop there.

    ‘Funky’ is another word for organic/ vegan, right? Based on that, what we need is less garbage foodstores and resturants. I can smell McDonalds from 2 blocks away.
