Weekly Update August 9, 2011 – Post Pop-Up Piazza Festival Planning!
Thank you all who came to such an awesome event on Saturday! 10,000 people!
Tonight we’re going to recap what went well with the event, and what we can improve on (not much perhaps), and start to organize people to help out with the following events!
- Movie night (with food vendors), maybe in September, since we were rained out
- Summer Street Clean-Up Event
- December indoor event?
- Commitment to do one next year?
- Presence at the Mum Festival?
We also want to focus on getting things built! So we’ll be talking about establishing a crowd for the Fab Five businesses, which needs some help, and beginning to crowdsource housing on Summer Street!
